Parsley Rice

Parsley Rice is a quick and easy one-meal dinner rice recipe. It is made with the most basic ingredients yet the taste is supremely luscious and the aroma just spread in the kitchen

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked long grain rice (basmati)
  • 1/2 cup Uptown fresh parsley finely chopped 
  • 2-1/2 tbsp butter 
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic 
  • 1 tsp finely chopped chillies 

Direction:

  • To make parsley rice, heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for few seconds.
  • Add the rice, salt and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add the parsley, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  • Serve the parsley rice immediately.
